Tour Cost:
$2900 includes accommodations in Lou Pebredai Hotel, Hotel Cardinal and Les Grandes Mollieres B&B in double occupancy, single room additional $436, if available at time of reservation.  Transportation during your stay (Air fare to France not included).  Two meals per day (except for 2 diners in Aix), plus 3 picnic lunches, 1 paella dinner with wine included (wine included with the last 4 diners) and some entrance fees. Pick up and drop off from Marseille airport or either Marseille or Aix-En-Provence train station.  Rod & Isabelle's friendly fun guidance.

After receiving your form submittal we will e-mail the invoice for a deposit to hold your reservation. After receiving the invoice you confirm your reservation by paying a (non refundable) deposit of US $300. Paypal is leading online payment transaction site and accept payment from all major credit cards and US bank account. Booking Terms and Conditions
Please read carefully Your Booking & Contract When you make a booking and we accept it, a legally binding contract is made. Clients booking by telephone, facsimile, e-mail or over the Internet will be deemed to have read the booking conditions and accepted them.
Reservation deposit
A reservation deposit of $300 US dollars per person for each tour is required to secure your booking, of which $150 is non-refundable.

Balance of payment
The balance of payment for your booked tour(s) must be received no later than 90 days prior to the tour date. Also at this time the reservation deposit becomes non-refundable.

Late bookings
Bookings made less than 90 days before the tour date will only be accepted if full payment is received when booking. Late booking fees may be charged if applicable.

Booking cancellation policy
If it is necessary for you to cancel your booking there are two possibilities:-

(a) You can transfer your booking to another one of our tours at a later time, with a credit according to the payments you have made, less any non-recoverable costs we have incurred on your behalf. A small re-booking fee also applies. (b) A partial refund. Once full monies have been paid the refund available is 50% of the total fees paid. If cancellation occurs 30 days or less prior to the tour date no refund is available and we recommend that you transfer your booking to another one of our tours.

Tour cancellation policy
Discover My Provence reserves the right to cancel any tour in which case no liability shall fall upon Discover My Provence. In this instance, participants' payments will be refunded in full. No refund will be issued to those failing to join their tour, nor for accommodation or any services not utilized, nor for a partially completed tour. Discover My Provence also reserves the right to decline to accept or retain any person as a member of the tour at its own discretion.

Loss or damage

Discover My Provence does not accept responsibility for any loss or damage to your luggage or personal property, nor for any loss, damage, delay, illness, fatality or other injury suffered. Baggage and personal effects are at the participant’s risk at all times.

Injury or illness

Participants agree that in the case of injury or illness Discover My Provence can, at a cost to the participant, arrange medical treatment and emergency evacuation service, as Discover My Provence deem essential for the participant's safety.

Changes to itineraries
Discover My Provence reserves the right to amend or vary the itinerary or other services nominated in the tour brochure should circumstances warrant that such changes would be in the best interest of participants or any other operational reason.

Exchange rates and taxes
To reflect significant fluctuations in exchange rates or the imposition of new government taxes that impact on the cost of providing its services Discover My Provence reserves the right to adjust prices as may be necessary at any time. Accordingly, Discover My Provence in receiving any payments, does not undertake that the price payable will thereafter remain unchanged.

Insurance
Participants are required to take out a travel insurance package to adequately cover unforeseen circumstances. The policy should cover personal accident and sickness, accidental loss of baggage and money, loss of deposit, payment or cancellation fees and curtailment expenses.

Exclusions
The tour(s) does not include airfares, passport or visa fees, taxes, travel and health insurance, telephone expenses, drinks unless specified, excess baggage charges, tips and services not listed in the final itinerary and all items of a personal nature.

Independent suppliers
Discover My Provence shall be in no part held liable for any acts, omissions, failures, or defaults on part of the persons or companies who at the request of Discover My Provence provide transport, accommodation or similar services or facilities. Also Discover My Provence does not own or manage any transportation vehicles, hotels, or restaurants or any other supplier thereof.

Liability
By accepting these terms you agree that neither Discover My Provence nor any representative shall be liable or under any obligation for any loss, injury or damage to you or your belongings or otherwise in connection with any accommodations, transportation or other services of directly or indirectly resulting from any circumstances beyond its/their control including, but not limited to, breakdown in equipment, strikes, theft, delay, hijacking, act or threat of war (whether declared or not), riots, civil strife, terrorist activity, industrial disputes, discharge dispersal, release or escape of pollutants, natural and nuclear disasters, fire, sickness, bad weather, technical or transportation problems, closure of stations or airports, cancellations or changes of schedules by railways, air or bus lines or any other circumstances beyond Discover My Provence’ control amounting to force majeure and/or Act of God.
